Shipping
All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. For shipping within Canada, there are no duties. For shipping to the USA, duties are already included in the shipping fee, so you won’t face any surprise charges upon delivery. 

Items
All fabrics used for our handmade pieces are recycled. All items included in the full fits are thrifted and handpicked by us. Thrifted pieces may show minimal signs of wear. However, we only sell items that are in great condition. Any significant signs of wear will always be mentioned in the product description.

Returns
We do accept returns; however, the buyer is responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received. All items are carefully checked to ensure they are free of stains, holes, or significant flaws. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us via Instagram or email. We’re happy to help find a solution.

Our goals
We exist to fight fast fashion’s impact. Every year 92 million tonnes of clothing are discarded and the industry produces 2-8% of global CO₂ emissions. We save textiles from landfills by handmaking new pieces. We handmake, repair or rework about 70% of what we sell. Our packaging is also compostable. Caring deeply about animal rights, we donate 2% of our profits to organizations helping animals worldwide and share monthly updates on where the money goes. We also keep the full fits budget-friendly and accessible by pricing lower than most vintage shops and sourcing from thrift stores that return profits to local aid, from helping the homeless to feeding families. Every item we create is carefully redesigned so you can express a truly unique style while supporting sustainability, community, and animal welfare.
